Wildlife Management Area Burn

Bicknell Bottoms is a Wildlife Management Area that provides important habitat for waterfowl and wetland species.

FinBee TAC supported this project using advanced unmanned aircraft systems and high-resolution multispectral sensors to analyze vegetation, waterways, and habitat conditions across the project area.

The project scope included mapping full burn footprints across both private and state parcels, identifying and counting waterfowl nesting areas, and mapping current waterways throughout the wetland system.

Using multispectral data, FinBee TAC was able to evaluate vegetation patterns, specific grass types, nesting habitat, and plant health in greater detail than standard imagery alone. This helped bring the project area to life through detailed visual analysis and GIS-ready deliverables.

Iron County, Utah 

GIS Imagery and Data Analytics

FinBee TAC provides Iron County with high-resolution oblique imagery, GIS-ready data, AI-assisted change tracking, and secure web-hosted access through our Esri-based technology platform. From 2024 through 2026, FinBee TAC has mapped approximately 325,000 acres across Iron County, supporting assessor workflows, GIS integration, emergency management, planning, and countywide data analysis.Our 3D mesh and imagery tools allow the Iron County Assessor’s Office to measure structures within approximately 5 square feet or less, helping staff review properties, identify visible changes, and prioritize fieldwork directly from their desktop. FinBee TAC also gives Iron County full ownership of the imagery and deliverables collected, helping the county build long-term data value while reducing reliance on ongoing imagery subscription fees.Each year, flights can be planned around the areas that matter most, including growth zones, new subdivisions, commercial development, flood-prone areas, infrastructure projects, and assessor priority areas.

Paragonah, Utah 

Easement, Boundary, and Construction Staking 

FinBee TAC provided professional land surveying services for a 1,500-foot power line extension along Bear Valley Road and adjoining private parcels.

The project included boundary surveying, easement creation, construction staking, drone-supported site documentation, and drafting services to support design, permitting, and field construction.

By combining professional land surveying methods, advanced drone technology, and accurate drafting support, FinBee TAC delivered reliable, construction-ready data for the client.

Paragonah, Utah

Airport Construction Staking

FinBee TAC provided professional land surveying and construction staking services for Goodfellow Corporation at the Paragonah Airport site, supporting the layout of a new building in an area where accurate elevation control was critical. The project included staking the building footprint, verifying layout positions, and collecting elevation data to help ensure the structure met required design grades and airport-related height limitations. Because the building was located near airport operations, even small elevation differences mattered, making precise field control and reliable survey data an important part of the construction process. FinBee TAC combined professional land surveying methods, accurate field staking, and elevation verification to help the client move forward with confidence, reduce layout risk, and support compliance with project and site requirements.

Humboldt County, Nevada

Thacker Pass Targeted Imagery Program

FinBee TAC is supporting the Humboldt County Assessor’s Office with a targeted aerial imagery and GIS data program focused on the Thacker Pass project area, a multi-billion-dollar lithium development and one of the most significant high-value projects in Nevada. The program is designed to give the Assessor’s Office high-resolution, GIS-ready imagery and owned deliverables that can help staff review land disturbance, roads, utilities, structures, site improvements, terrain changes, and new development activity directly from their desktop. This allows the Assessor’s Office to better monitor a rapidly changing project area, support property review, improve assessment workflows, and focus fieldwork where it matters most. A major advantage of the ownership option is that Humboldt County receives long-term control of the collected data instead of relying only on temporary imagery access or recurring subscription fees. While the primary purpose is to support the Assessor’s Office, county-owned deliverables can also create value for GIS, planning, emergency management, infrastructure, and other departments that may benefit from the same accurate visual record over time.
