Iron County 

In late 2023, Iron County in Southern Utah partnered with FinBee TAC to enhance its assessor’s office and emergency management operations through our advanced oblique imagery and 3D mesh technology.

For the 2024 and 2025 collection year, we mapped over 200,000 acres using state-of-the-art unmanned aircraft systems, delivering high-resolution datasets with ownership rights granted directly to the county—adding lasting value to the organization.

Our services included topographic mapping, advanced cut/fill analysis, elevation models, and survey-grade imagery. These datasets are now empowering the county with instantaneous measurement capabilities within 5 sq/ft, web-hosted data sharing, and advanced analytical tools.

This information is already transforming operations, from improving flood management with highly accurate flood animations to revolutionizing how property assessments are conducted across Utah.
