FinBee TAC provided professional land surveying services for a PacifiCorp utility project in Paragonah, Utah, supporting a new power line route across a private 9.43-acre parcel near Bear Valley Road. The project included boundary review, preparation of the utility easement for the power company, and construction staking for key utility improvements including pole locations, transformer box location, down guy anchor locations, and the proposed power line alignment. Because the utility route crossed private property, accurate boundary information and a clearly defined easement were critical to support both the legal access needs of the power company and the physical construction layout in the field. FinBee TAC used recorded survey information, field control, AutoCAD drafting, drone-supported site documentation, and professional construction staking methods to help define the easement area, verify the affected property limits, and provide reliable layout data for installation crews. The final work supported the full process from property review and easement preparation to construction staking, giving the client accurate, construction-ready survey information for a utility infrastructure project crossing private land. The recorded survey identifies the parcel as approximately 9.4 acres.
